Executive Director - Dale Rollins, Ph.D.
Dale Rollins is a native of Hollis, Oklahoma; he earned his BS from Southwest Oklahoma State University, his MS Degree from Oklahoma State University (working on bobwhite and scaled quail in his home county), and his PhD from Texas Tech University. Dr. Rollins currently serves as a Professor and Extension Wildlife Specialist for Texas AgriLife Extension, station in San Angelo. He also holds a 25% research appointment with AgriLife Research and the Department of Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences at Texas A&M University.
President - Rick Snipes, Rancher
Rick is the retired chairman and CEO of Barry, Evans, Joseph and Snipes, Inc., a Charlotte, N.C. insurance and executive compensation firm. Rick has a lifelong interest in quail, bird dogs and the management of quail habitat. He has owned and managed his ranch in stonewall County since 1993 and he and his wife, Lana, have lived there full time since 2001. His ranch has received both the Lone Star Land Stewardship award and the bronze Purdey Cup award for the conservation of the Northern Bobwhite.
Secretry/Treasurer - Ray Stoker Jr., Attorney
Ray is a native of Odessa where he has lived all of his life, the last 42 years of which with his wife Carole. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, American Board of Trial Advocates, and the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a former member of the Board of Directors Baylor University Law School. Ray has been the recipient of numerous awards during his career, including the Texas Chamber of Commerce Outstanding West Texan Award (1992) and the Texas Transportation Hall of Honor (2005). Ray owns a ranch in Coleman County where he pursues his passion of managing and hunting bobwhite quail.
Member - A.V. Jones Jr.
A.V. Jones, Jr. was born in Wichita Falls, Texas. After graduating fro O.U., A.V. formed a partnership with his brother and father known as Jones Company, Ltd., in Albany of which he as the chairman. The partnership was active throughout the United States and Canada in oil and gas exploration. Currently A.V. is active in Quantum Energy Partners, L.P. an investment partnership seeking opportunities in the petroleum industry.
Member - Joe Crafton
Joe Crafton is President and major stockholder of CROSSMARK Holdings Inc. A leading privately-held sales and marketing company of consumer goods.
Joe earned CROSSMARK in 1988 after holding several sales and management positions with Procter and Gamble. Joe is a member of the CEO Forum, the University of Tennessee College of Business - Executives-In-Residence Program and a director of Students in Free Enterprise. Joe is founder and Chairman of Park Cities Quail Unlimited and an adult leader with the Boy Scouts.
Joe grew up bird hunting near Memphis, TN and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Wendy and three sons: James 15, David 13, Reeves 10. In addition to an English Setter, a French Britney and a Boykin Spaniel.
